Policies

House Rules

1. We reserve the right to refuse any guests who willingly or repeatedly disregard our guidelines and policies.

2. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times. Throw trash in the designated bin and clean up after dining in the common areas.

3. Remember to conserve water and electricity. When not in use, turn off lights and faucets, and unplug devices and appliances.

4. We do not charge any corkage for food and beverage brought in. 

5. Feel free to cook within the premises; however, kindly ensure that the kitchen and its equipment are returned safely after use.

6. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and common areas. The designated area for smoking is near the parking space.

7. Any damage or loss of property must be reported to the management immediately.

8. Small dogs are allowed inside the cabin, provided that they wear diapers at all times. 

Reservations

1. We accept Credit Cards, e-wallets like Gcash and Maya, Mobile Banking Apps, and BDO Bank Transfer.

2. Upon reservation, we will hold the room for the next 2 hours. If we do not receive full payment after the 2 hours has lapsed, we will release the reservation to make it available for other inquiring guests.

Rebooking

1. We allow rebooking at no extra charge; provided that rebooking is initiated 14 days to the check-in date of the original booking.

2. You may rebook a maximum of two times, but please note that rebooking to weekends or holidays is not permitted.

Cancellation & Refund

1. We allow cancellation and full refund of reservation if requested within 12 hours from time of payment and check-in date is 28 days before your reservation date.

2. After 12 hours or upon checking in, the reservation is considered final and no refund will be granted.

3. If you cannot make it at your original travel date, we allow maximum of 2 rebooking subject to the Rebooking terms as stated above.

Acts of God

1. Guests are expected to travel at their own risk.

2. In the event of typhoons or other environmental challenges, rebooking to alternative dates is possible. Such cases won't be counted toward the maximum of 2 rebooking's; however, management approval is required, contingent upon the specific environmental conditions.

Arrival & Departure

1. Regular check-in time is 2:00PM.

2. Regular check-out time is 12:00 PM.

3. If the cabin is not vacated beyond 12:30 PM, a fee equivalent to one full night's stay rate will be charged, unless prior permission for late check out is approved.

4. Early check-in and late check -out can be permitted based on the availability of the cabin and management approval.
