House Rules

1. We reserve the right to refuse any guests who willingly or repeatedly disregard our guidelines and policies.

2. Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times. Throw trash in the designated bin and clean up after dining in the common areas.

3. Remember to conserve water and electricity. When not in use, turn off lights and faucets, and unplug devices and appliances.

4. We do not charge any corkage for food and beverage brought in. 

5. Feel free to cook within the premises; however, kindly ensure that the kitchen and its equipment are returned safely after use.

6. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms and common areas. The designated area for smoking is near the parking space.

7. Any damage or loss of property must be reported to the management immediately.

8. Small dogs are allowed inside the cabin with a minimal fee per stay, provided that they wear diapers at all times.  

Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy 

1. All reservations made, whether down payment or full payment, are STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. Once a reservation is confirmed or payment is received, the booking is CONSIDERED FINAL. Rebooking may only be allowed in cases covered under the Acts of God clause, subject to management’s assessment and sole discretion. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to changes in plans, no-shows, early departures, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

3. Guests are encouraged to carefully review all policies and confirm availability before proceeding with payment.

Reservations

1. We accept Credit Cards, e-wallets like Gcash and Maya, Mobile Banking Apps, and BDO Bank Transfer.

2. Upon reservation, the room will be held for 1 hour. If payment is not received within this time frame, the reservation will automatically be released and made available to other guests.

3. Payment—whether partial or full—confirms acceptance of all house rules and policies.

Acts of God

1. Guests are expected to travel at their own risk.

2. In the event of typhoons, severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other environmental challenges, no refunds will be issued.

   Rebooking may be allowed on a case-to-case basis, subject to:

   • Assessment of actual conditions
   • Cabin safety and accessibility
   • Management’s discretion and final approval

   Management reserves the sole and final authority to approve or deny rebooking requests under these circumstances.

Arrival & Departure

1. Regular check-in time is 2:00PM.

2. Regular check-out time is 12:00 PM.

3. If the cabin is not vacated beyond 12:30 PM, a fee equivalent to one full night's stay rate will be charged, unless prior permission for late check out is approved.

4. Early check-in and late check -out can be permitted based on the availability of the cabin and management approval.
